One of Copamarina's greatest treasures is its cuisine. We offer two popular restaurants, which cater to a wide variety of tastes and palates.

Alexandra

Alexandra, our award-winning fine dining experience, is open from 6:00 p.m. — 10:00 p.m nightly. Alexandra offers Puerto Rican Nouvelle Cuisine prepared by our internationally-acclaimed chefs, as well as a complete wine list. Menu highlights include Caribbean Seafood Paella, Crabmeat and Pumpkin Risotto, Lobster Tail in Mustard and Mango Sauce, Filet Mignon with Burgundy Sauce over Spinach. Inventive vegetarian and kids' menus are available nightly as well.

Las Palmas

The al fresco "Las Palmas Café" is open daily from 7 am to 9:30 pm for breakfast and lunch and is the perfect spot for sunset cocktails and dinner. Slightly more casual in ambience, the food is still creative and delicious. Key Lime Garlic Grouper, Chicken Breast stuffed with Sweet Plantain, Crabmeat Turnovers with Deep-Fried Local Cheese, and chef's special unique house sandwiches and burgers tempt the senses. A selection of light, healthy entrees and salads completes the menu.

Las Palmas Bar serves beer, wine and cocktails until 11pm, offering nightly entertainment. Unique outdoor locations on the beach or in the gardens are available for special group functions. Indoor function space is also available.

Special arrangements are available for picnic lunches or lunch/snack packs to enjoy with outdoor recreation and sightseeing.
