1 lb. spinach, washed and cleaned, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds, 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger, Sugar, Salt and pepper
How To Prepare:
In a skillet, toast the sesame seeds sprinkled lightly with sugar until golden brown and set aside. Heat the olive oil in a pan and wilt the spinach with salt and pepper. Serve the hot spinach as a side dish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds over. 3 servings
