Conch Salad

2 lbs. of cleaned medium diced conch, 2 Tbsp. diced red pepper, 2 Tbsp. diced onions, 1 Tbsp. small capers, 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, 2 Tbsp. chopped green olives, 6 oz. white vinegar, 18 oz. olive oil

How To Prepare:


Boil the conch in salted water for about 45 seconds and drain. While still warm, add other ingredients, and let marinate for at least 2 hours. Chill, and serve as appetizer with cassave chips.
