RESERVATIONS
Advanced booking is recommended to ensure availability. A credit card number or room number is required to confirm your appointment.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation to accommodate other guests.
Ni Spa takes pride in its diverse and inclusive team of skilled male and female therapists. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist, please let us know in advance.

PAYMENT
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Hotel guests may charge spa services to their rooms. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to allow for appointment rescheduling.

   • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
   • Cancellations within 12 hours will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

GROUP CANCELLATIONS
Private groups or event bookings must be canceled at least four days in advance to avoid a 100% charge. A 40% deposit is required for all group reservations.

SPA ATTIRE
Guest bathrobes and towels will be provided in the locker room. Disposable undergarments will be available for specific treatments.

VALUABLES
For security reasons, we recommend leaving jewelry and valuables in your hotel room's safety deposit box. Management and staff are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

PREGNANCY
For safety reasons, please inform us if you are pregnant. Pregnant guests are advised to avoid heat and hydrotherapy treatments. Pregnancy-specific treatments are available after the first trimester. Your therapist will be happy to recommend suitable alternatives.
