Pan-Seared U-10 Sea Scallop
Colossal diver scallop, perfectly caramelized and basted in brown butter. Served over a sweet corn and smoky bacon purée, garnished with microgreens and a touch of bourbon-smoked sea salt.

Third Course
The King’s Cut & Truffle Mash
Center-cut, dry-aged 8 oz ribeye, reverse-seared with rosemary and garlic, topped with a rich bourbon-peppercorn reduction. Served alongside velvety roasted garlic and black truffle mashed potatoes.

Fourth Course
Pistachio Baklava & Vanilla Bean Gelato
Layers of crisp, flaky phyllo pastry filled with crushed pistachios and warm spices, drenched in a honey-bourbon citrus syrup. Served warm alongside creamy vanilla bean gelato.
